Cancellation policy
Single bookings up to 4 hotel rooms:
Cancellation and change is possible free of charge until 1 day before arrival (6pm), after that we charge (also for partial cancellations) a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price.
Group bookings from 5 – 9 rooms:
A shortening or cancellation of the room booking is free of charge until 1 week before arrival (6pm). After that (also for partial cancellations) 80% of the total booked stay will be charged.
Group bookings of 10 rooms or more as well as for conferences, weddings and events:
A shortening or cancellation of the room booking is free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival. Up to 2 weeks before arrival (also for partial cancellations) 30%, up to 1 week before arrival 50% and from 1 week before arrival 80% of the total booked stay will be charged.
